What is the return policy?

We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service.  Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out using the Contact Us form and we will do everything we can to make it right. 

What are the processing times and shipping options?

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. We typically ship via United States Postal Service and offer Economy (5-8 business days) or Standard (3-4 business days) shipping options.

What is the difference between Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils?

The main difference is that essential oils are made of natural plant materials, while fragrance oils are synthetically manufactured in the lab. 

Both are safe to use when handled correctly.

How can I make my soap last longer?

  1. Avoid storing your soap in a place that is constantly in contact with water.
  2. Let the soap air dry.
  3. Keep your soap in an appropriate soap dish that allows for drainage.
  4. Use a washcloth instead of your hands.

What makes soap "Vegan"?

We do not use any ingredients derived from animals. This includes: lanolin, gelatin, lard & tallow.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely Not. All the products we use are cruelty free.
